Nv3500 core shifter.
I have a 1993 NV3500 that I am rebuilding but it has a broken bracket under the shift tower in the shifter rail. I have searched online for this bracket and have only come up with 2 posts in forums in which they show this same broken bracket.

153 posts · Joined 2011. #1 · Jul 5, 2011. Everything I have read says that the 4.3 S10 NV3500 will not work for the LS series engines like 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 or the LS1. The 98 S10 trans and the 99-06 Silverado use the same clutch/bell housing, the tail and shifter location is different but can anyone else tell me for sure why its not possible?
