The only schools I knew anything about, let alone liked, was MIT and Stanford. All my other schools I just cross referenced highest ranking generally and highest ranking CS and went down the list. IDOC requires a hand written signature. I had to print out all the pages of our taxes, sign them and then scan them in to upload them to IDOC.
