I have one lighting mod but it just adds flairs to lights and I don't think that would effect it. Is there a fix to this? use the command mat_dxlevel 95 (preferably put it in your autoexec.cfg) Or just run mat_dxlevel 95 every time you start the game like me because lazy solutions do work too.
